Who we are
Seven Suites is a comfortable and elegant Bed & Breakfast located in a historic building in the heart of old Rome, the Testaccio district, a neighborhood that has always maintained its original spirit and that familiar flavor, characteristic of the Eternal City. Our structure has been recently renovated with the highest quality materials and designed to meet the needs of every guest. Our Suites are a practical solution for those who want to visit Rome without giving up those little comforts that make a stay unforgettable. With attention to every detail and equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, minibar, kettle for tea and coffee, 32" and 42" LED TV, safe and free Wi-Fi with protection of personal data. Each Suite has a bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, courtesy kit, hypoallergenic memory-foam mattress, soundproofed fixtures and walls to guarantee our guests privacy and silence. Room cleaning is daily. Every morning, at reception, in addition to the presence of our qualified staff, you will find maps of the city and means of transport, the possibility of booking restaurants and guided tours. For years we have also collaborated with the historic Bar-Pasticceria Linari, located right next to the entrance of the Seven Suites, where Italian style breakfast is served.

Seven Suites is located in Rome in via Nicola Zabaglia n. 11, in the central and historic Testaccio district. From here it is possible to reach all the major monumental and artistic attractions of the city in a few minutes on foot. The suggestive Testaccio district can be experienced both day and night, offering the opportunity to visit archaeological sites, theatres, centers of cultural interest such as the "Macro Testaccio Roma" contemporary art museum, the historic "Testaccio Market" destination of the Street -Roman food, “Porta Portese” the largest Sunday market in the capital and the famous “Monte De'Cocci”, an area dedicated to the best restaurants of the Roman culinary tradition and numerous clubs. Under our residence you will also find all kinds of services: supermarkets, post offices, tobacconists and a garage a few meters away.
Reach us
Reaching Seven Suites is very easy, with any means of transport. The Piramide Metro stop and the Ostiense station (from which you can also reach the Roman coast and Ostia Antica) are just a few minutes walk from our residence.
flight_landFor those arriving from Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci (FCO) airport, take the train inside the airport, "Leonardo Express" line to the 'Roma Ostiense' stop. Once you get off, simply take bus line 83 to 'Piazzale dei Partigiani', make 5 stops (get off at Zabaglia), continue on foot for a few minutes to number 11 of via Nicola Zabaglia.directions_subwayFor those arriving from the central station 'Roma Termini', take the Metro line B towards 'Laurentina' until the 'Piramide' stop. It is then possible to continue on foot for about ten minutes or otherwise it will be sufficient to take bus line 83 to 'Largo Valsabbia', make 4 stops (get off at Zabaglia), continue for a few meters to number 11 of via Nicola Zabaglia.
